Qualifications
1. New York Real Estate License (Required)
2. Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
3. Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Duties
1. Promptly accept the client assignment request and respond to appointment requests with urgency
2. Be available to meet with clients and show apartments and commercial space especially on evenings and weekends
3. Capture photos and any other pertinent information while on appointment to improve our database and listings intelligence
4. Track and report your progress with each client
5. Maintain a high closing ratio using lead funnel metrics
Requirements
1. Licensed in New York State as a real estate salesperson
2. Willingness to travel throughout the City to meet clients and show apartments and commercial space
3. Passion for engaging with people
4. Clients and appointments as they will be provided and assigned / Apartments will be hand-selected and appointments will be pre-set for the showing agent
5. Experience preferred in New York City residential or commercial real estate
6. Excellent verbal and communication skills
7. Highly motivated, committed and dedicated, with initiative and drive for success
