任职资格（Requirements）
1、专科或以上学历，3年以上工作经历，有项目管理执行经验的优先；
2、具备优秀的沟通、谈判能力，较强的统筹、管理能力和计划组织能力；
3、良好的职业道德素质，抗压性强、有创新力，敬业精神及团队精神，擅于沟通协作；
4、较强的执行能力，有良好的团队协作意识；
5、有高端个人客户金融产品销售从业经验或公关公司项目执行的工作经验优先。
工作职责（Responsibilities）
1、具备一定的策划能力、创意能力和成案能力负责与高净值客户对接，把控进程，寻找资源，维护客户；
2、对高净值客户进行统筹管理，把控进程，寻找高净值资源；
3、有一定的高端个人客户资源；
4、配合合伙人维护好高净值客户，并对高净值客户的资料进行分析，拓展有效资源。
Requirements:
ege degree or above, more than 3 years working experience, project management implementation experience is preferred.

professional ethical quality, strong resistance to pressure, innovation, dedication and team spirit, good at communication and collaboration.

rience in selling financial products to high-end personal customers or working experience in PR company project execution is preferred.
Responsibilities:
