任职资格（Requirements）
1、有志于金融财富管理事业，1年以上金融行业从业经验优先；
2、具有一定的证券、虚拟资产相关的金融基础知识优先；
3、具有广泛的客户资源和金融营销经验者优先考虑；
4、具有较强的沟通能力和客户开发能力；
5、具有很强的工作责任心和良好的人际关系；
6、具有较强的团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
7、具有良好的表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，有团队荣誉感，学习能力强；

Requirements：
rested in financial wealth management career, more than 1 year of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
basic knowledge of finance related to securities and virtual assets is preferred.
extensive customer resources and financial marketing experience is preferred.
ng communication skills and customer development ability.
ng work responsibility and good interpersonal relationship.
ng teamwork spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure.
presentation skills, clear logical thinking, sense of team honor and strong learning ability.

工作职责（Responsibilities）
1、依托高净值客户，提供全方位家族资产配置、子女资产传承以及税收规划等财富管理工作
2、通过与客户沟通，了解客户在家庭财务方面存在的问题以及理财方面的需求；
3、根据客户资产规模、生活目标、预期收益目标和风险承受能力，结合法律税务等政策，进行需求分析，出具专业的理财计划方案，推荐合适的理财产品；
4、通过调整各种金融产品的理财产品比重达到资产的合理配置，使客户的资产在安全、稳健的基础上保值升值。
Responsibilities：
ing on high net worth clients, provide a full range of family asset allocation, children's asset inheritance and tax planning and other wealth management work
ugh communication with customers, to understand their problems in family finance and financial management needs.
rding to the customer's asset size, life goals, expected income goals and risk tolerance, combined with legal taxation and other policies, demand analysis, issuing professional financial planning programs, recommending suitable financial products.
ugh adjusting the proportion of various financial products to achieve a reasonable allocation of assets, so that the customer's assets in a safe and sound basis to preserve the value of appreciation.
