Salesperson (Bilingual Mandarin & English)
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through text message, email, live chat, and phone calls
Consult with clients to schedule their free trial classes based on their child’s needs and interests
Collect customer feedback
Maintain good relationships with existing customers to generate referrals
Requirements:
Minimum academic requirements for a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the USA
Bilingual in English/Mandarin required
One year of sales experience is preferred
Familiar with the Chinese market in the United States
