To learn more about ZBest Payment please visit us at: Outside Sales Agent (Bilingual) Description • Prospect for new business and successfully maintaining a sales quota • Conduct sales presentations by physical visit to customer locations • Apply consultative sales approach to uncover and address business needs. • Developing and maintaining a strong business relationships with business owners • Present value proposition • Explaining bundled Credit Card processing service • Marketing via Social Media/Website Building/Mobile Marketing Services, EMV, E-Commerce and other Navy Zebra products simple and effectively. • Up sell clients on POS, wireless payment, E-Commerce, Loyalty programs and other products & services. • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Manager. • Meet regularly with the Sales Training & Technology team for continuous payment and sales education. • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. • Actively manager call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner. • Use marketing data using applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, and other documentation. • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research. • Adhere to pre-determined quota based on territory strength • Working closely with Navy Zebra Business Solutions colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, Technical Support, Web Solutions and other departments to meet your sales goals. • Highly professional; exhibits integrity, sense of urgency and natural sales skills. • Basic experience working from a virtual sales office (not required). • Proven track record of pipeline development and generating new business. • Has sold conceptual products; familiar with solution-based sales. • Desire to develop consultative sales skills. • Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations. • Exposure to variable weather conditions and overtime may be likely Requirements • Bilingual Preferred: Chinese & English • Proven track record of pipeline development and generating new business • Highly competitive, professional; exhibits integrity, sense of urgency and innate sales skills. • Experience calling on similar categories of merchants • Has sold conceptual products; familiar with solution-based sales. • Desire to develop consultative sales skills. • Entry Level/Experienced Sales background, short-cycle sales (accustomed to closing minimum of 5 deals per month), outside sales, cold calling, selling solutions and/or selling to restaurants, retail stores and hospitality businesses preferred (but not required).
