注: 店铺经理为全职职位,销售助理全职与兼职皆可 拥有中文语言能力者(普通话/广东话)优先 联系方式:请将简历发至 HR Generalist Alexis Liz Position 1: Store Manager Position Summary: Folli Follie Store Manager is responsible, both personally and through the management of their sales team, for driving sales results, recruiting and building talent, delivering operational excellence, including inventory management, and developing brand loyalty in order to deliver a world class shopping experiences. Role and Responsibilities 1. Drive Sales Results • Meet or exceed daily, monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators by analyzing key business metrics, developing action plans, communicating ways to drive the business and managing performance of sales associates • Develop and grow a Clientele network to drive sales through events, promotions and new client acquisition • Personally responsible for driving sales of store sales through strong personal client book • Create and nurture a sense of accountability and entrepreneurial spirit within all associates to drive increased business 2. Recruit and Build Talent: • Source, hire, develop and retain Best in Class Sales team • Consistently seek talent and network to create a pool of qualified candidates • Demonstrate and role model principles and behaviors and create a great place to work every day • Provide consistent positive and constructive feedback to deliver on brand service expectations • Ensure consistent training and development of the team • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to Company standards of integrity and ethics 3. Manage Operational Excellence: • Maintain, train and coach to visual and merchandising standards • Maintain consistent communication among store team • Manage all areas related to stock (backroom organization, replenishment, and inventory control) • Ensure standard operating procedures are executed, including wear to sell merchandise, damages and other compliance related items • Create associate schedules to ensure labor costs are managed strategically and store is adequately supported to deliver sales budgets • Ensure every team member adheres to the dress code and personal grooming expectations • Ensure store is neat, clean, and pristine at all times, and all housekeeping and maintenance of total store is executed daily • Communicate all relevant business information to the team in a timely manner • Manage and approve weekly payroll • Interact transparently with District Managers and associates 4. Build Brand Loyalty: • Ensure their sales team maintains a high level of product knowledge of the entire Links of London product line • Model and teach others to create a positive and impactful customer experience • Embrace and support our customer loyalty programs • Foster ideas to build brand awareness through community partnerships and internal and external selling events Qualifications and Education Requirements • 5+ years’ work experience in retail sales with background in boutique management a plus • Experience with creation and implementation of sales and business strategy • Proven ability to motivate a sales force and drive results through people • Must possess a positive, professional and energetic attitude, a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence and talent management • Department Store Experience preferred (for concession locations) Preferred Skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Solid sales quantitative skills • Computer literacy including MS Office and POS software a plus • Ability to work evenings and weekends • Multiple language skills preferred
