English Client Support Analyst Argus Merchant Services a fast growing, New York City based merchant service provider, with more than 15 years of experiences in e-commerce industry. Job type: Full time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 depends on experience Summary: Serve as the point of contact for all support aspects with customers, sales representatives and other external processing offices. Must be able to converse in English fluently, (Mandarin and Spanish is a plus). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer service by; being professional, troubleshooting, resolving issues, follow-up and providing customer feedback. -Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to internal departments and management. -Work on various special projects as needed. -Other duties as assigned. Requirements/Skills: -Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a related field preferred/ Equivalent work experience in Banking or Financial industry -Ability to work in a team, call center environment and capable of handling a high volume of calls, both incoming and outgoing. -Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and business correspondence -Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, CRM) -Basic mathematical skills -Strong negotiation skills -Strong attention to detail, quality, and precision-focused -Excellent and creative problem-solving skills -Attendance and punctuality is mandatory -Interested in new technology Please email your resume to .
