Business Administrative Assistant, Project Assistant, Interpreter, and Marketing Assistant needed GLIMG is a dynamic training and consulting firm that provides executive education and training for the business elites in the form of lectures and site visits. We are seeking a few interns in Manhattan and upstate New York who can assist with the following: Intern #1 Business Administrative Assistant: Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to manager * Assist in planning and preparation of client’s itinerary * Communicate with customers other sources through phone * Coordinating between different departments * Organizing tasks and Budgeting * Provide interpretation on site between English and Mandarin Skills and Qualification: - Fluent in MANDARIN is a MUST, bilingual in Mandarin preferred - College degree or above - Great verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English - Excellent translation and interpretation skills between English & Mandarin - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point - Hardworking, Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and multitask skill is a MUST - Interpersonal skill and a team Player - Able to communicate through phone calls Intern #2 Project Assistant: Responsibilities: * Accompany clients and make sure they have a great experience in the United States for their business trip * Planning and preparation for the business trip * Communicating with clients, other departments and outside parties through phone calls Skills and Qualification: - Fluent in MANDARIN is a MUST, bilingual in Mandarin preferred - College degree or above - Great verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point - IT knowledge skill preferred - Hardworking, Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and multitask skill is a MUST - Able to communicate through making phone calls - Outgoing and excellent leadership skill, willing to travel is a MUST - Stress handling skill Intern #3 Interpreter: Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to manager * Assist in planning and preparation * Coordinate between different departments * General Office duties * Provide interpretation on site between English and Mandarin * Prepare documents and promotional brochures Skills and Qualification: - Fluent in MANDARIN is a MUST, bilingual in Mandarin preferred - MUST be College graduate or above and Academic Background a MUST! - Great verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English - Excellent translation and interpretation skills between English & Mandarin - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point - Hardworking, Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and multitask skill is a must - Interpersonal skill and a team Player - Able to communicate through making phone calls Intern #4 Marketing Assistant: Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to manager * Assist in planning and preparation * Research analysis * Communicate with clients * Develop new markets within United States Skills and Qualification - Fluent in MANDARIN is a MUST, bilingual in Mandarin preferred - MUST be College graduate or above, major in Marketing or business field preferred - Great verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English - Excellent translation and interpretation skills between English & Mandarin - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point - Hardworking, Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and multitask skill is a must - Interpersonal skill and a team Player - Able to communicate through making phone calls This is a full time internship.
